Q. How many items come in a box?
A. the minimum number of items in a beautifully arranged box is 1. There is also no limit as to how many items that you can have in a box.

Q. Can we purchase just the baby clothes from you?
A. Yes. Individual items of clothing can be purchased online without the gift box.

Q. How long does it take to deliver in the Sydney metro area?
A. Same day delivery is available on most items. For items that are not in stock, the next working day may apply. Please contact us for more details.

Q. What makes your centerpieces different?
A. Finishing Touch Concepts does not rely on balloons or flowers. We use a range of light fabrics, ribbons, beads, crystals and other items that capture the theme for your special occassion.

Q. What if I want to send a small item?
A. We will package it just as beautifully as the boxes and send it for you.

Q How do the lights work?
A. On a 3 volt battery pack using 2AA batteries. Can also be used as a night light.

Q. Do you always put fairy lights in your boxes?
A. At Finishing Touch, we believe that the fairy lights give your gift that unique wow factor, not to be matched by any other gift box. But of course, the lights are optional.
